Sugartips

Sugartips is an acoustic duo performing covers of popular music from current to classic in the rock/pop/alternative genres.

Based out of Westland MI, we are always happy to perform anywhere throughout the southeastern Michigan area from small engagements to entertaining the masses at Campus Martius in downtown Detroit.

Some of our notable performances include Campus Martius Summer Mid-Day Series, Detroit Live Magazine broadcast show from Harmony Park, Weststock Music Festival, and many different venues throughout the metro Detroit area.

Greg Paddock (Sugartips) – Lead Vocals
~A member of the local Detroit music scene for several years. Also currently lead vocals for Five Finger Discount-Detroit band. Recently, Greg provided backing vocals on two albums for J.R.Richards-Original Lead Singer and songwriter for Dishwalla. Check out Honore Et Amore a new album from J.R. with all new original songs. For old-time Dishwalla fans, check out Stripped. A new album containing acoustic versions of favorite previously released Dishwalla songs.

Dave Naz – Guitar and Backing Vocals
~ Dave is also a long-time member of the local Detroit music scene. Currently, he can also be found performing with Shakedown. He also does the occasional DJ work at parties and weddings.
