The Pulse

 

The Pulse’s core was formed in 2011

 when Keyboardist/Guitarist/

Vocalist/Accordionist/Harmonica

 Player/Flutist/Percussionist

(…whew, need a breath!) TREE-C

 LEBLANC [1] (David Gerald Band

and The Godfathers of Soul) met

MIKE MARTINEZ [2] (Lead Vocalist

for The G-Daddy’s and Lead

vocalist/Keyboardist for Mad

Carousel). Tree-C also sings lead

vocals, both play keyboards; and

they blend beautifully on intricate

 harmonies.

 

Veteran local music giant, Bassist

JOE “WOLF” ARANDA [3](Joe Aranda

and Friends, Lady Sunshine and the

X Band) and dynamic drummer

MARK HARTMANN [4](SoulKrackers,

 Byron In Motion, The Sessions

Band, Cosmic Groove and Something

 On The Side) meld their talents to

form one of the best rhythm sections

 in the metro area. They can take you

 from a calm euphoria to a frenzied

 arrhythmia and never skip a beat!

Guitarist/vocalist, BOBBY MCMANUS

 [5] adds a smooth, melodic flavor to

 the mix on guitar, and fills out the

 vocals with his solid harmonies and

 expressive lead vocals.

 

Together they comprise one of the

 most talented lineups in the metro
