G.K. MACK

 

G.K. Mack has been performing,

 recording, writing and teaching

music professionally since 1990.

 Throughout those years, G.K. has

 covered almost every style of

music, as well as toured through

most of the United States. Born

& raised in Windsor, Ontario,

Canada, G.K. Mack has lived and

 performed in Phoenix, AZ,

Baltimore, MD, and Vancouver, B.C.,

 Canada.

 

Now back in the Windsor/Detroit

 area, G.K. is doing a very

nontraditional solo acoustic act:

Using a looping station allows him

 to record live and stack various

 percussion, bass and guitar parts,

 as well as using a vocal harmonizer

 which splits his voice into three-part

 vocal harmonies giving the sound

of a full band without having the

 artificial pre-programmed sound.

G.K. does a variety of cover material

 ranging from classic to modern

rock, blues, R & B, funk and reggae,

 as well as funk/rock-based original

 material.
