David Perrico – Pop Strings

Orchestra is Las Vegas’ hottest

new live music club hit. The

 15-piece band performs the best of

 Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake,

Usher, Beyonce, Rihanna & more.

They have appeared at leading Las

 Vegas properties and currently

headline at the world-famous Palms

 Casino & Resort.

 

David Perrico is one of Las Vegas’

 most in-demand musicians, with the

 Las Vegas Review-Journal recently

 naming him a “Best of Las Vegas”

 award winner. He has performed

 internationally with the legendary

 Tommy Dorsey Orchestra under the

 direction of Buddy Morrow, and has

 been featured in headliner shows

 including Donny & Marie, Natalie

Cole, Toni Braxton, Cirque du Soleil,

and Gladys Knight.

 

In addition to leading Pop Strings,

 Perrico currently serves as music

 director/arranger/trumpet for BBR

Las Vegas’ ALICE and his own David

 Perrico – Pop Evolution. As a

composer, Perrico has received

national awards for original jazz and

 symphony orchestra compositions.

He has served as music director for

 Stratosphere Casino’s PIN UP

starring Playboy’s 2011 Playmate of

 the Year Claire Sinclair, and was

 recently featured nationally in the

PBS series “artScene.”

 

Perrico has served as an adjunct

faculty member for UNLV’s jazz

studies program and has 12 CDs and

 four DVD recordings to his credit,

 including The Family Guy Live DVD,

 and the Grammy award-winning

album One Voice by Gladys Knight.
