American Band

 

American Band performs regularly

 at nightclubs, special events and

civic concerts. Our repertoire

includes classic rock, new rock

and new country hits from the

1960’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 00 ‘s through

 today. As such, we entertain and

satisfy a wide range of audiences.

We pay close attention to vocals and

 rich 3- and 4-part harmonies, which

 adds to our big, professional sound.

We also feature an extensive PA

system and light show.

 

Jeff Cavitaio: Lead Vocals – Jeff is a

 full-time vocalist and entertainer.

He is one of the most accomplished

 male vocalists in the Detroit area.

Jeff’s experience includes multiple

tours with various national acts. He

also had a successful stint on

Broadway in NYC. In addition to lead

 vocal duties, Jeff designed and

 operates our extensive light show.

 

Dave Joseph: Guitar & Vocals – Dave

is a human jukebox. He has an

ability to accurately emulate a wide

 range of songs from all sorts of

music eras. Dave’s guitar sound is

big and varied, which helps make

 American Band, “the little band

with a big sound.”

 

Steve Wilt: Bass, Keyboard &

Vocals – Steve is a multifaceted

 musician who covers bass guitar,

 keyboard, lead vocals and backup

 vocals. Steve also has extensive

 experience as a live sound and

studio recording engineer.

 

Steve Tocco: Drums & Vocals –

Steve is a veteran of the Detroit

music scene. His experience

includes dozens of bands in a

variety of musical genres. Steve is

also an excellent backup and lead

 vocalist.
